Rates and Insurance

Inner Hope Counseling is in network with the following insurance plans:

• Aetna

• BCBS of NJ

• United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health

• Cigna and Evernorth

• Oxford

Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. Before beginning services, please contact your insurance company to confirm your behavioral health benefits and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

Questions to ask your insurance provider include:

• Does my plan include outpatient mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it, and how much have I met?

• What is my copay or coinsurance for each therapy session?

• Does my plan limit the number of therapy sessions covered each year?

• Do I need prior authorization or a referral?

• Do I have out-of-network benefits? If so, what percentage of the session fee may be reimbursed?

Self-Pay Rates

Initial 60-Minute Intake Session: $225

Subsequent 50-Minute Sessions: $195

Clients choosing to use out-of-network benefits are responsible for payment at the time of service. A superbill may be provided upon request for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
